Refund Policy


If you notice that products in your order are in an unsatisfactory condition, you may return them for market credit provided you discover and report the damages prior to leaving the pick-up location.  

 Once you have left the pick-up location, we are not able to issue refunds for damaged items.   So, please remember to inspect your order before leaving the pick-up site!

We know you will understand that if you choose to cancel part or all of an order after the market closes, you will still be charged for the order.  This allows our producers to be paid for the items they harvested, thinking they were sold.
