Practices
Wharton Pepper Company was established in 1987 by musician Bill "Sauce Boss" Wharton who created his hot sauce to share with friends. Sauce Boss makes gumbo during his live performances and sells his hot sauce right from the stage. We produce our hot sauce in a small co-packing facility using only natural ingredients--no preservatives.
