New Green Organiks took root in our backyard. Our family found a need for fresh produce and nutrient dense food, so we decided to provide that not only for ourselves, but for as many people as we could. We started small, planting leafy greens, root vegetables and microgreens. When it came time to harvest, we gave extras away to family and friends, and eventually began attending a local farmers market, the Tallahassee Farmer's Market. Now, after 3 years of growing and learning, we have seen drastic health improvements in many people’s lives(including our own) and we hope that many more will benefit from growing and eating healthy food in the future.
Practices
We grow nutrient dense food with non GMO, organic seed in biodiverse soil using natural and sustainable agricultural techniques that are free from synthetic fertilizers and pesticides.
