Food Forest/Permaculture
Starting to offer lemongrass, ginger and turmeric (white, black and orange) in season.

We use compost and compost tea made on the farm from plants and animal products from the farm. Everything is grown outside in the earth. Following the natural-organic ways, the hay is clean and the feed is non-GMO for all our animals and our small flock of ducks free range in the garden.
We do purchase seed starting mix and top soil as needed.
