Hot Buns Bake Shop is a cottage bakery located in Monticello, Florida. It began when Stacy Herman, the owner and baker, was introduced to fresh flour as a way to eat bread and baked goods without it negatively affecting health. On the contrary, it benefits one’s health if left unsifted and unprocessed. She dove into baking after purchasing a grain mill and uses organic wheat berries to produce baked goods and fresh flour. Since beginning this baking hobby, she has developed recipes that are crowd pleasers to her husband and children. She brings these treats (along with the great news that there exists real fresh bread that is healthy, as well as delicious) to the Monticello community at local farmer’s markets. She is excited to bring these products to the RHO Market community!
