About Us
We are a couple who is passionate about growing things,
local food, and being good stewards of the land. Stolle Farms
is a dream we’ve been working toward for years, and we’re
thrilled to finally make it a reality.
We want to feel good about the food we’re offering—not just
in how it tastes, but in how it’s grown and how it supports the
wider ecosystem. We strive to make our farm a welcoming
habitat for local wildlife, from pollinators to soil life. Everything
we do here is done with intent and care, from the crops we
grow to the way we treat the land.

Practices
At Stolle Farms, we cultivate a small, diverse market garden
that prioritizes soil health, biodiversity, and sustainability.
While we are not certified organic, we use organic practices in
our garden.
Our pest management strategy begins with building healthy
soil and promoting plant diversity to attract beneficial insects
and minimize disease. We prioritize regular scouting and
early detection, removing any problem plants or leaves by
hand. As a last resort, we use only OMRI-approved products
to manage pests responsibly and in line with our organic
practices. We use corn-based biodegradable plastic and
cultivation to decrease weed pressure.
Our farm is low-till, which helps preserve soil structure,
encourages beneficial microbial life, and reduces erosion. We
also incorporate cover crops throughout the year to naturally
enrich the soil, suppress weeds, and promote long-term
fertility.
