Forgotten Coasts Farms is family owned and operated by myself (Josh) and Tara Lemmon along with our 4 amazing children Kale, Sawyer, Frankie and Huckleberry. We are a Christ centered farm and our operations strive to meet our Kings Holy standards. Located within the national forest of Franklin County Florida we raise pigs, Chickens, rabbit, quail and have a full goat dairy.
Our pork operation is farrow to finish, which means all pork is bred, born, raised and finished right here on our farm. This practice allows us to carefully select prime stock to offer to our customers. Our mommas are registered Berkshire and our Boar is registered American Spot. This combination produces highly marbled and fast growing offspring that results in some of the most delicious pork available. All our pigs spend their entire lives out on pasture and are rotationally grazed in a forest setting.
We also provide pasture raised chicken. We raise a Cornish cross breed for their natural tenderness and growth rate. After a couple weeks and growing a few feathers our chicks spend their entire lives grazing on our pastures where they are moved daily and can enjoy fresh air, sunshine, bugs and green grass.
My wife Tara oversees the entire goat dairy where she milks and hand crafts some of the best soaps available. All soaps are 100% all natural and scented with high quality essential oils that each have their own benefits.

Though not certified organic we hold to strict organic standards. All of our livestock are 100% antibiotic free, hormone free and all natural. We treat medicinally with herbs the way God intended. Our feed is milled directly here on our farm and carefully selected for the highest quality. All animals on our farm are individually treated and honored the way we believe our Heavenly Father instructs us to.
