Vishal and Veeral Padalia are two brothers born in Tallahassee who developed a passion for growing oysters. Their farm is located in the historic waters of Wakulla County, better known as Skipper Bay. This nutrient-rich body of water is fed by Florida’s largest natural submarine spring, giving their oysters a balanced salt-forward flavor with a hint of sweetness and a clean finish.

We purchase oyster babies, better known as oyster spat, about the size of a pencil eraser. These oysters are grown and worked using a floating bag system that taps into the nutrient and oxygen-rich surface water.
